| 'Valuing the Volunteer' - Leadership in the Voluntary Sector | |
| We have recently produced a series of tailored learning and development modules to assist those who have responsibility for leading teams in the voluntary sector. The modules form the basis of the initiative 'Valuing the Volunteer' and have been developed against a blueprint for leadership excellence in this particular sector. The 4 modules are : 1. Managing Results 2. Managing Change 3. Managing Teams 4. Managing Learning Each module takes a workbook approach and is supported by a short Workshop for the respective voluntary leaders. The leaders can then go on to share and develop their learning with their respective teams. Each module also contains Tutor notes, Workshop material and an Action plan.
