Interpersonal Skills

This one day interpersonal skills training course provides vital insight for delegates into their own preferred style and helps them to understand how they will respond to and cope with difficult situations, conflict and stress.

This course is ideally suited to those people who are seeking to improve their face-to-face relationships with staff, colleagues, customers, peers and their own line managers.

At the conclusion of this course delegates will be able to:

• Understand themselves and in particular their likely behaviour in exercising their personal style
• Adopt behaviour more likely to achieve a stated objective
• Understand the importance of empathy and to practice active communication skills
• Obtain from an individual the correct behaviour leading to improved individual and team performance

The Interpersonal Skills course is limited to a maximum of twelve delegates. Course costs cover the training workshop, a set of comprehensive course notes, lunch, refreshments and an attendance certificate.

This is a non-residential training course. This course can also be tailored to suit your needs, designed and delivered in your own organisation.
