Time Management

This one day training course is dedicated to improving the organisational and time management skills of both management and staff. It has been designed specifically to enable delegates to develop the necessary techniques, skills and behavioural changes vital in today’s competitive business world.

This training course is suitable for people from all backgrounds and disciplines.

At the conclusion of this course delegates will be able to:

• Allocate key time to priority tasks

The Time Management course is limited to a maximum of twelve delegates. Course costs cover the training workshop, a set of comprehensive course notes, lunch, refreshments and an attendance certificate.
