A FREE consultation meeting of up to 1 hour or a free senior management presentation at an appropriate meeting of your team.
A one and a half hour ‘surgery’ to determine the best Investors in People strategy for your organisation. Surgeries are usually held with an individual or a couple of individuals from your organisation.
An in-house, tailored workshop to engage with the key players and determine the best way forward. From this we can begin to develop an initial action plan. This is the route many organisations are now taking as a more tailored, engaging approach.
An online survey, at three levels in your organisation, engaging with employees to assist you in deciding your Investors in People action plan.
The survey can measure either where you are against the 39 pieces of evidence required to meet the Investors in People Standard or it can determine how you are performing against the 10 areas of best practice within the framework.
A survey is useful in larger organisations, for example, 50+ employees where there may be remote staff or various geographically spread locations.
Some smaller organisations, however, have opted to use a survey as they have preferred to consult with all staff at the beginning of their journey.
The cost of a survey is related to the number of employees in the organisation.
