A one and a half hour ‘surgery’ to determine the best management development strategy for your organisation. Surgeries are usually held with an individual or a couple of individuals from your organisation.

A surgery or initial consultation/presentation will lead to a full strategic proposal based upon your culture, your future capabilities and the measurable impact on your organisation.

We do not offer ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions as these cannot possibly match with either your culture or enable us to measure the impact on your organisation.

Profile HRD supplement our in-house training with a range of ‘open’ course. Please see our range of open courses that are provided in partnership with Aster Training Limited.

We also support our clients with a vast array of ‘learning’ material which is made available to existing clients free from charge.
