Dr Gary Buck BSc, MSc, PhD, C.Psychol.

Gary has worked as an Occupational Psychologist for 8 years delivering a wide range of business solutions. Over this period he has worked at every level in nearly all organisational functions and in most business sectors. His approach to consultancy combines a mixture of academic grounding, technical excellence and sound practical experience.

He has extensive experience of designing and delivering a wide range of assessment methodologies. He has been involved in developing some of the most innovative psychometric tests currently available from test publishers in the UK as well as designing bespoke tests for a range of organisations. Gary also has wide experience of designing and delivering assessment and development centres for a number of different organisations drawn from various sectors. His other main area of expertise is the development of competency frameworks in support of management and organisational development processes.

Gary is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and holds a degree in Psychology, a masters in Occupational Psychology and is currently finishing off his PhD focusing on the development of behavioural assessment systems for critical incident management.
