A free consultation meeting of up to 1 hour or a free senior management presentation at an appropriate meeting of your team. This will help us get to know each other and to see if we can work together.

A one and a half hour “surgery” to determine the best management & leadership development strategy for your organisation. Surgeries are usually held with an individual or a couple of individuals from your organisation.

Fees for training include no hidden costs. They also include the offer to design a validation & evaluation process to measure the impact of the learning on the individual, the team and your organisation.
