A one and a half hour ‘surgery’ to determine the best performance management strategy for your organisation. Surgeries are usually held with an individual or a couple of individuals from the organisation.

We can also help with the design and with the training associated with changes to your process. We can also include the offer to design a validation & evaluation process to measure the impact of the new process on the individual, the team and the organisation.
